Ralph C. Higgins
Ralph C. Higgins is a native of Maine where he lives today with his wife in the Town of Newfield, where they conduct a homey restaurant serving home-cooked meals prepared by themselves. He has three children and is a grandfather. His variegated career includes work as a woodsman, a carpenter, a house painter, a farmer, former chief of police, Navy Veteran, and, for two years, a selectman for his town, which he states is: “an education in itself.” Mr. Higgins, a lover of wildlife, describes himself as “just an ordinary guy.”
